All you need is to add water….and get the best water you can – preferably without fluoride and chlorine.
The grains/crystals when regularly cultured and cared for properly will continue to grow and reproduce over and over again, just like a Kombucha Scoby!
Experiment by adding your own fresh organic fruit and vegetable juice combinations for extra taste if desired. Ginger and lemon, pineapple and lime, mango and passionfruit or apple and cinnamon are just a few of our favourites.
