Directions for Use: The amount of pressure applied in gua sha massage needs to be firm to achieve best results (but not too hard). Ensure your face and gua sha tool are clean before commencing - simply run the tool under fresh water with some natural soap. Apply a small amount of face oil to your face and neck (I recommend organic Jojoba Oil). You want to scrape the tool (almost flat, not upright) along your skin. Working from the collarbone up the neck, or from the centre of your face outwards, following the contours of your face. There are many tutorial videos on gua sha online, which I recommend exploring and following along while you get the hang of it. You can do this daily and it is a beautiful addition to your morning flow.
