These beautiful bow handle bread knives have been hand made by Australian woodworkers Roy Davi (Blue Mountains) and Greg Faure (Tasmania). Both makers use local wood to handcraft their bow knives and the end result is really spectacular.
Makes light work of a crusty sourdough loaf, and can cut super thin slices compared to a normal bread knife!
