A 60g (~30 cups) naturopath formulated blend of organic herbs, to help support a deeper, a more rejuvenating sleep cycle. This is a gentle, comforting blend of earthy botanicals, which offers a smooth, slightly sweet and refined mint finish.
This blend is caffeine free.
Certified Organic Ingredients: Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
Brewing: Place 2g (~heaped teaspoon) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Combine with a Loose Leaf Tea Infuser for easy brewing.
